Little bunny cream cake roll
Overview
I am a rabbit, so I often use rabbits to make shapes. Yi Ya likes this cake roll very much because there is a cute rabbit painted on it. She also asked me not to cut the rabbit into pieces, saying it was a pity, haha.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare materials (I only took the main ones here)
-
Separating egg yolk and white
-
Add sugar to the egg yolks, add salad oil in three batches and mix well, then add milk and mix well
-
Sift the flour into the egg yolk paste and stir evenly
-
When the egg whites are very foamy, add half of the sugar. When the bubbles are very small and uniform, add the other half of the sugar. Continue beating until the egg whites are wet and foamy (the tip of the egg whites becomes curved when you lift the whisk)
-
Pour the beaten egg whites into the egg yolk batter three times, and mix evenly
-
Scoop two or three spoons of egg batter respectively and add red, green and yellow pigments (you can preheat the oven to 180 degrees at this time)
-
After mixing, put them into piping bags, and then put a piece of original color egg paste
-
You can use a pen to draw the shape of the rabbit on the oil paper, then turn the oil paper over, use the original color batter to draw the inner ear of the rabbit, and bake it in the oven for 40 seconds
-
After the inner ear is set, take it out, paint rabbits and carrots with various colors, and bake in the oven for 1 minute
-
After setting, take it out, pour in the original color batter, smooth it out, and bake for 18 minutes
-
When baking, you can whip whipped cream
-
After baking, take it out, spread it on another piece of oil paper, and tear off the original oil paper while it is hot
-
Let cool, then turn it over and spread whipped cream on the side without the pattern
-
Roll up, wrap in oil paper, and refrigerate to set
-
After setting the shape, you can take it out and use melted dark chocolate to draw eyes
