Egg Salad
Overview
Eggs are considered to be a nutritious food, containing protein, fat, vitellin, lecithin, vitamins, iron, calcium, potassium and other minerals needed by the human body. As a mother, I give my children a hard-boiled egg every day, but the baby would get bored eating boiled eggs. So Doudou’s mother made this super simple and delicious egg salad, and the baby would be surprised and happily accept it.
