Colorful butterfly noodles
Overview
I made colorful butterfly noodles by myself and kneaded them with vegetable juice. The butterfly noodles I made were beautiful in color, additive-free, healthy and delicious.

Wash the carrots, purple cabbage, and spinach and puree them in a food processor.

Add the vegetable juice to the noodle flour and knead it into a colorful dough, let it rest for a while.

Knead the purple cabbage dough evenly and roll it into a puff pastry.

Use a mold to press into a pattern.

Use chopsticks to pinch it from the middle and it will become a beautiful butterfly noodle.

Spinach dough is made into green butterfly noodles in the same way.

Carrot dough is made into orange butterfly noodles in the same way.

After everything is done, it is delicious to cook directly or in a pot, or make a stew and eat it.
