Tremella and snow pear soup, showing off my new Joyoung electric stew pot
Overview
Recently, the chef often works overtime. The past two days he screamed that his throat was smoking and he was looking for water. It was so pitiful~~~~ There happened to be a new fruit shop downstairs, so I bought 3 pears. I happened to have white fungus at home, so I cooked a white fungus and snow pear soup, sprinkled with a few wolfberries, and moistened the lungs and denoised~~

Prepare pears and white fungus. The white fungus needs to be soaked in advance. I threw it in the water before going out in the morning, and it had been nearly 9 hours since I got back from get off work.
-
Peel the pears and cut into small cubes
-
; Remove the stems of the white fungus and tear it into small florets (I will tell you that I chopped it blindly with a fruit knife), (*^__^*) Hee hee... lazy

-
Put half of the diced pears into a stew pot, not even a drop of juice~
-
Wash the white fungus again and put half of it into a stew pot
-
Fill the stew pot with a bowl of water, almost one centimeter away from the highest point of the stew pot. My electric stew pot is equipped with two small stew pots, so all the ingredients are divided into two portions
-
Throw a few more rock sugars into the stew pot. The amount is of course based on personal taste. Okay, let me show off my electric stew pot and take aerial photos~~

Frontal photo! It's quite high-end and upscale, and the interface is clear, especially suitable for lazy people like me. Set it up to make desserts first, then set the timer for 2.5 hours naturally, and then make a reservation for 6 hours. It will be eaten almost the next morning, which is just right.

After getting up in the morning, sprinkle some wolfberry and stir. Then brush your teeth and wash your face, start eating breakfast a few minutes later, and start a good day!
