Have all materials ready. I actually ended up using three bananas.

Knead all ingredients except bananas and place in the refrigerator to ferment for 10 hours.

Take out the fermented dough, divide it into two pieces, roll it into a round shape, let it rest for a while, and cut the banana into pieces at the same time. After cutting, take a piece of dough, roll it into a sheet of about 0.8mm, and sprinkle bananas on the dough sheet.

Then cut a banana roll into four equal parts, making a total of eight parts. Grease an eight-inch cake mold and place the cut banana rolls in, keeping distance between them.

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and put it on the bottom for about 30 minutes. After baking for a while, I took it out and brushed it with a layer of egg wash. After you see the color, cover it with tin foil.
