Some time ago, when I was visiting Shenzhen, I saw a shop selling chicken wings with rice at the entrance of a shopping mall. My mouth watered when I saw it. I finally resisted buying it because I thought I could do it too! I haven't had any time since I got home. It's Sunday and I have a rare break, so I'll tinker with it! Done!

  7. Stuff the fried rice into the chicken wings without overstuffing. The chicken wings will shrink when placed in the oven.

  10. Bake in the oven at 210 degrees for 20 minutes. Mine is a mini oven with no upper and lower temperatures.
