Overview
Some time ago, when I was visiting Shenzhen, I saw a shop selling chicken wings with rice at the entrance of a shopping mall. My mouth watered when I saw it. I finally resisted buying it because I thought I could do it too! I haven't had any time since I got home. It's Sunday and I have a rare break, so I'll tinker with it! Done!

Remove the bones from the chicken wings and slowly scrape them down.

You can also add mushrooms and eggs to ham fried rice. The process of frying rice is skipped.

Stuff the fried rice into the chicken wings without overstuffing. The chicken wings will shrink when placed in the oven.

Bake in the oven at 210 degrees for 20 minutes. Mine is a mini oven with no upper and lower temperatures.

Remove the foil and bake for another twenty minutes. Turn over every five minutes to bake evenly. The chicken skin will change color when roasted.
