Preparation materials: one egg, a small handful of dried shrimps, and a palm-sized piece of seaweed

Add half a teaspoon of salt to the eggs and beat into egg liquid.

Tear nori into small pieces.

Boil water in a pot. When the water boils, add dried shrimps and seaweed.

This step is more important: reduce the heat to low, pour the egg liquid into the pot slowly and evenly, be sure not to pour it all at once, and let the egg liquid be evenly distributed in each pot.

Add salt and chicken essence and take it out of the pot. Don't cook it for too long. If the egg liquid keeps rolling in the pot, there will be a lot of foam. In fact, the egg liquid will be cooked as soon as it comes into the pot.

After it's out of the pot, you can add pepper and a few drops of sesame oil according to your personal taste (northern way of eating). I like the fresher original flavor, so I don't add pepper and sesame oil.
