Remove the butter and put everything else into the bread machine (put the liquids first and then the solids)

Use the kneading setting for 20 minutes (according to the function of your bread machine)

Add softened butter and start kneading

When the time is up, take off a small piece and check the degree of the film (mine is already good). Once it is done, you can start fermenting

Dip your fingers into some high-gluten flour and poke a hole. If it doesn't shrink or collapse, it'll be fine

Divide it into six parts, roll it into a shape of beef tongue, and roll it up from the bottom

Roll it up and put it into the baking pan for the second fermentation (my skills are limited and the lengths vary, please forgive me)

After fermentation is completed, preheat the oven to 160 degrees for 5 minutes, brush the bread with a layer of egg liquid (ratio of egg to water 1:1) and bake in the oven for 15 minutes
