Microwave Pumpkin
Overview
Pumpkin is rich in nutrients and is a delicacy for losing fat and slimming down! This dish is simple and convenient to make and requires no cooking skills at all!

Peel and cut the pumpkin into cubes and arrange neatly on a plate.

Fill half a bowl of water with appropriate amount of salt and stir until dissolved. Add a spoonful of soy sauce (optional or not) and mix well. Pour into the pumpkin and marinate for ten minutes (time is up to you. If you want to hurry up, you can choose not to marinate. The taste will be better after marinating). After marinating, pour out some water in the plate, just enough to cover the bottom of the plate.

Cut green onions into flowers and sprinkle on top of pumpkin. Put it in a plastic bag and put it in the microwave, heating it over medium-high heat for five to ten minutes (according to personal preference, if you like a softer taste, you can heat it longer). Done!
