My little friend at home always has a special liking for small meatballs, especially Xu Liushan’s multi-mang small meatballs, so I will make them for him at home today.

For the ingredients and production steps of the small meatballs, please refer to my previous recipe [Osmanthus fermented rice balls]. Add water to the pot and bring to a boil, then add the pellets until they float.

Peel the mango and cut into cubes; set aside some for decoration. Add milk and beat the mango with a hand blender.

Pick up the small meatballs, put them into the mango sauce, and add mango cubes to garnish.
