Marinate the shrimps with light soy sauce, cooking wine, starch, and salt for 5 minutes and set aside

Cut the cucumber in half and remove the core

Slice the cored cucumbers and set aside

Pour the base oil into the hot pan, add the shrimps in the warm oil until they change color slightly, then add the garlic slices and stir-fry
