Overview
I went to the supermarket one day and saw this Japanese pumpkin on sale. I bought it without hesitation. It looks good and tastes good, and it also helps to shape the concave shape, haha

After the glutinous rice is steamed, add sugar and mix well

Cut the red dates into small pieces and add to the glutinous rice

Cut the Japanese pumpkin across the top and scoop out the seeds

Put the mixed glutinous rice into the pumpkin

Cover the pumpkin and steam it in a steamer for half an hour

You can eat it right out of the pan (for a better look, I used tomato skin to make a concave shape)
