Overview

When I was sorting out the refrigerator, I found some fish balls left over from hot pot a few days ago, and some unused curry from making curry rice. To save trouble, I mixed the two together. The vegetables are available at home, you can choose according to your own preferences, whatever is good.

  1. Wash and cut the prepared vegetables.

  2. Make water first and blanch the vegetables beforehand.

  3. Make another pot of water, add the fish balls and cook them thoroughly, then add the blanched vegetables. You can add a little less water, otherwise it will be too thin if you don't add the curry cubes later.

  4. Turn off the heat, add the curry cubes and mix well, then turn on the heat again. Be sure to stir frequently to avoid burning the pot.

  5. When I come home from get off work in winter, I have a warm bowl with both vegetables and meat. It’s so nice~~
