Stir-fried straw mushrooms with oil and gluten
Overview
This dish was the result of an accident, but it turns out that I make it again and again. The oily gluten absorbs the aroma of mushrooms, which is really delicious.

Wash the straw mushrooms and break them into small florets. Cut the gluten into two halves. Crush the garlic and chop the chives.

Add an appropriate amount of oil to the wok, sauté the ginger until fragrant, add straw mushroom oil and gluten and stir-fry until water comes out, add light soy sauce and stir-fry, add a little water and cook over high heat.

Add salt when it's almost out of the pan. Turn off the heat, add garlic and chives, mix well, and serve on a plate.
