Kung Pao Chicken ~ I love it, but I can't stand the spiciness. Today I made a modified version of Kung Pao Chicken at home...it's just as delicious. Friends who can't tolerate spicy food can try it yourself!

  1. Wash and prepare the ingredients, cut the chicken breast into cubes

  2. Add cooking wine, salt, cornstarch and soy sauce to the chicken breast, stir and marinate for five minutes, set aside
