Wash the chicken breasts and air-dry them. You can put them in the refrigerator to freeze for a while before cutting them

Slice thinly against the grain of the chicken.

Put the cut slices into a basin, add barbecue sauce, sugar, salt, oil, white pepper (to remove the fishy smell) and thirteen spices. Mix well with your hands and marinate for 10-20 minutes.

Place it in the oven and lay it flat, bake for 20 minutes, take it out and brush it with cooking oil, bake it for another 20 minutes, take it out and brush the other side with oil, bake it for another 20 minutes. Take out of the oven, wrap with lettuce and eat. If you like it more charred, you can bake it for a while longer. The temperature I use is 200°C for the upper temperature of the oven and 150-180°C for the lower temperature. Adjust according to your preference.
