Overview
This bread is very simple. I use my own recipe. It has the right amount of sweetness and the right amount of hardness and softness. It suits our family’s taste very well.

Knead various ingredients together into dough

Knead it into an expanded shape, don’t save effort

After kneading, place it in a warm place to ferment until it doubles in size

There is one piece of noodles left, divide the last piece of noodles into three parts

Place one piece in a mold in a warm place for secondary fermentation

You can also make them all into roses like this. I made two pots

Let ferment until doubled to 2.5 to 3 times. Brush with egg wash

Place in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes
