Prepare the ingredients, except for the osmanthus, wash the rest with water a little

Put the washed materials into 500ml of water and soak for 1 hour

Pour the soaked ingredients and soaked water into the pot, then add 1500ml of water, bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over low heat for 30 minutes. When out of the pot, add 150g of rock sugar, an appropriate amount of honey and osmanthus, and stir evenly!
