Peel and slice potatoes.

Blanch in boiling water until cooked, remove and drain.

Cut garlic sprouts and celery into sections, cut red pepper and onion into cubes, and slice garlic.

Heat oil in a pan and fry potato slices until golden brown on both sides.

Remove and set aside.

Leave oil in the pot and saute peppercorns until fragrant.

Add onion, red pepper, celery, light soy sauce, chili powder, and salt and stir-fry evenly.

Pour in potato slices, sprinkle with cumin powder, sugar, and white sesame seeds, take out and serve on a plate.
