This is my first time for a newbie to post a recipe. The pictures and the finished product look average. Please give me your advice and bear with me! Everyone in my family likes to eat river fish and it should not have too many bones. They are afraid of the fishy smell of sea fish. In fact, river fish has the earthy smell of river fish. This time I tried the method taught by the chef who watched a certain TV show. It really tastes good!

  7. Put the fish into the boiling water pot over high heat for 15 minutes.
