Cranberry Cookies
Overview
After the children entered elementary school, they found that they were very hungry. The first thing they did when they came home from school every day was to look for food. Today’s primary school is completely different from what we used to have. School ends at 3:00 pm during winter time. There are still three hours until dinner time. To resist the hunger during this period, the family always prepares some homemade snacks. Cranberry biscuits are one that babies love to eat and often talk about eating. Sweet and sour, crispy and delicious, it resists hunger and aids digestion. It is very convenient to make without whipping. Store in a crisper so it can be stored for a week in winter. If the baby goes home and takes three or two slices, he can do his homework without affecting the dinner, and he will feel warm in his heart.
