Weigh the glutinous rice flour, sugar and baking soda and mix evenly.

Slowly add water and knead the dough.

Divide the dough into pieces of the same size, mine is about 30 grams.

Coat evenly in white sesame seeds.

Heat the oil in the pot, put the sesame balls stuck with sesame seeds into the oil pot, turn over low heat and fry. It is best to wrap one and put it in the oil pan, otherwise the dough will slowly spread into a cake shape.
