Grilled Toast Pudding
Overview
I have fallen in love with toast slices recently, and I have tried various ways to make it. This morning, I cut the toast into small pieces, added eggs, milk, and salt, put it on a baking sheet and baked it until the surface was golden brown, and sprinkled with chopped green onion. It was very fragrant, delicious, and very nutritious!

Prepare two pieces of toast

Cut into small cubes

Place in a baking bowl

Put the eggs, milk, and salt into a bowl, mix well, and add to the toast.

I found it was missing, so I added another egg, milk, and salt to see if I like it!

Pour into toast and preheat oven

Place in the middle rack of the oven, turn the heat up and down, and bake at 175 degrees for about 20 minutes. Bake until the surface is slightly brown and the egg liquid is dry. Keep an eye on it. If you like the egg liquid to be tender, bake it less. If you like the egg liquid to be more tender, bake it more.
