Cold seaweed

Overview

The nutrition of kelp is self-evident. How can you make your baby like to eat it? I did it.

Steps

  1. Soak the kelp for 2-3 hours, changing the water several times in the middle. After soaking, cut the kelp into three-centimeter-long thin strips (mainly to facilitate the baby to eat by himself with a spoon), and boil it in boiling water for three minutes. Remove and drain the water.

  3. Pour the oil and fried minced garlic into the kelp, add salt, sugar, light soy sauce, mature vinegar, sesame oil, and chopped green onion, and mix well.

  4. Both adults and children love to eat it, it is sour, sweet, salty and has a scent of sesame oil.
