Use a spatula to add warm water and yeast, stir into a thick dough without dry noodles, and let it rise for an hour.

Add chopped green onion, a small amount of salt, a small amount of pepper powder, and mix well with a spatula.

Heat the pan over low heat, then stop the heat, bring it to the surface, and let it rise for about 15 minutes.

It looks like it's about 70% done.

Turn on low heat, cover with lid, simmer for a few minutes, and lift gently with a spatula.

Turn over using a flat plate.

Fry over low heat for a few minutes with the lid on.

Remove from the pan.

Divide into 8 portions, enough for 4 people.
