Stir-fried Enoki Mushrooms with Spicy Peppers

It's been a while since I uploaded a recipe. My husband worked the night shift today and the refrigerator at home was empty. I only had a few enoki mushrooms and green peppers left. I had to stir-fry this dish because I misjudged the time and started cooking a little late. In order not to interfere with his work, I was in a hurry to take pictures. Cut the roots of enoki mushrooms into pieces, wash them, drain them and set aside

Wash and shred the green peppers, shred the dry red peppers, peel and wash the garlic, slice into pieces and set aside

Put vegetable oil in the pot, heat it up and add garlic until fragrant
