Dragon Fruit Banana Milkshake
Overview
During cycling, it is very important to maintain physical fitness. When riding in summer, you need to avoid periods of strong sunlight, so we always start around five o'clock in the morning. If we set off early, we won’t be able to eat breakfast. Usually we will choose a location to resupply after riding for a while. Appropriate fruits, yogurt, bread, mineral water, and chocolate are what you usually need to prepare and carry. Among the milkshakes, my favorite is the dragon fruit and banana one. It’s rich in anthocyanins, has a beautiful color, tastes great and doesn’t make you fat. I will cut the fruits at home in advance and put them in a crisper box, so that I can drink the freshest fruits at any time when I want to drink them.
