Overview
Most people make cabbage by hand. Personally, I think hand-shred cabbage tastes better than knife-cut. But occasionally you have to change the taste. I bought this cabbage a few days ago. I made hand-shred cabbage out of the green leaves on the outside. I always feel that the whiter leaves inside are not suitable for hand-shred cabbage, and they are not fresh after being stored for a few days. It is also good to cut it into shreds and stir-fry it as a quick side dish.
