Remove the gluten from the snow peas, wash them several times, and set aside.

Peel the ham sausage and cut into shapes as shown in the picture.

Turn on the heat, add oil and heat the pot. Add the ham and stir-fry for a minute, then add the snow peas and stir-fry over high heat.

When it's almost cooked, add salt and MSG, and it'll be ready in three or four minutes over high heat!
