Strawberry Jam
Overview
I bought too many strawberries and couldn’t finish them all, so I used them to make strawberry jam. Unexpectedly, it tasted surprisingly good! The color is also super good, and it’s perfect for making light cheesecake. It feels great to eat the two together!
