Wash chicken wings and control water

Marinade shows off

Add 200g marinade and 30g water

Massage the chicken wings repeatedly for ten minutes to fully absorb the marinade, then put them in the refrigerator to marinate for 24 hours. Take them out two hours in advance before baking the next day and bring them to room temperature before baking

Line a baking sheet with tin foil and brush with oil

Brush both sides of chicken wings with oil

Place the leather side down

Preheat the oven at 200 degrees for five minutes, put in the chicken wings and bake for ten minutes

After ten minutes, take it out and turn it over, brush it with the marinade again, bake it for five minutes, take it out, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake it for another five minutes (if you don’t add sesame seeds, just bake it for ten minutes)
