One broccoli, break it into small florets and cut into thin slices with a knife

Carrots cut into slices

Boil broccoli and carrots

Chopped green onion

Meat slices

Add a little oil to the pot

When the oil is 70% hot, add the meat. Fry the meat until it turns white. Add the chopped green onions and stir-fry. Pour in the soy sauce. Stir-fry. Add the broccoli and carrots. Stir-fry. Add some water and simmer
