Melt the yeast in warm water, then knead the dough and let it rise until doubled in size. If the room temperature is high, it will take an hour. Mix a small piece of noodles with carrot juice and use it as flower core.

Knead the risen dough for a while to deflate it. Cut into pieces of 60g each.

Set of two. Press flat and roll out the skin.

Cut it horizontally and vertically into 4 equal parts.

According to the picture, stack one on top of the other, rub a flower core and arrange it. Press with chopsticks.

Start rolling up the flower core. Cut it in the middle with a knife, just where you pressed it with the chopsticks.

Place in a greased steamer and let rise for 15 minutes. Then bring to a boil over high heat, turn to medium heat and steam for 15 minutes.
