Oreo custard (white jelly version)
Overview
I can’t buy gelatine flakes or fish gelatin powder near my home, but I wanted to make custard, jelly and other snacks, so I tried making it with white jelly. It’s really delicious. If you like it, save it!

Prepare the materials (I forgot to take a picture of the Oreos~)

Pour the milk into the pot and heat it, add the sugar and mix well

Pour in appropriate amount of white jelly

Bring the milk to a boil, then turn off the heat immediately

Pour the hot milk into the bowl with white jelly and let it sit until the temperature drops

Pour into a clean container

Once the milk temperature is close to room temperature, place it in the refrigerator

Put it in the refrigerator for 15 to 20 minutes and then flip it out (just touch the container and it will feel ice cold)

Twist the Oreos open and use a knife to scrape off the cream, put them into a plastic bag and smash them with a rolling pin

Sprinkle with biscuit crumbs and let’s go~

You can also skip the biscuit crumbs and just eat the original flavor! It’s full of milky flavor~
