Undersea Coconut Grass Root Bamboo Cane Water
Overview
When I was a child, I would eat a lot of fried food during the Chinese New Year. My mother would cook this for us to drink. It clears away heat and relieves internal heat. It is also sweet and delicious.

Wipe the bamboo cane clean.

Chop into small pieces, then cut into strips.

Wash the sea coconut.

Soak and wash the white coriander root. (Fresh ones are best.)

Put all the ingredients into a soup pot, add water, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 30 minutes.

Turn off the heat and simmer for 30 minutes.

Clear and moisturize the fire.
