Peel and wash the beans. Cut into large pieces, put in a steamer, steam for 20 minutes until cooked.

Remove the red coating from cooked peanut kernels. Use a rolling pin to crush it, not too crumbly, just a little grainy.

After the potatoes are steamed, mash them with a spoon.

Pour in chopped peanuts.
