Cut the tofu skin into squares, half the size of your palm, and soak in warm water.

Cut the lean meat into shreds and marinate with light soy sauce, corn starch, and chicken essence for 20 minutes. Set aside.

Boil water in a pot, blanch the tofu skin for two to three minutes, drain the water and put it on a plate.

Soybean paste appears, add three spoons of oil to the pan and fry.

Saute the soybean paste until fragrant and add the shredded pork.
