Bacon Cheese Breadsticks
Overview
This is the first time I’ve made bread after the New Year. Because making bread is so wasteful, the bread sticks I made today are simple and don’t need to be shaped. I added Hormel bacon to the bread. Hormel bacon makes pancakes and tastes great. You can imagine using it to make bread and adding cheese. The bread sticks are soft and delicious, and can be used as breakfast or snacks

Chop Hormel bacon and set aside

Put all the ingredients into the bread tube, except the butter, and set the dough to knead for 20 minutes

After kneading the dough for 20 minutes, add butter and continue kneading for another 20 minutes

Ferment until 2 to 2.5 times

Stir in Hormel Bacon

Roll the dough into a long strip and cut into small strips

Place in baking pan for second fermentation

Ferment until doubled

Coat with whole egg liquid, sprinkle with white sesame seeds, preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 5 minutes, and bake in the oven for 15 minutes

After 15 minutes, take out of the oven and let cool
