Clean and drain the shrimps and set aside.

Chop the garlic into mince.

Heat the oil in a pan, add the shrimps into the pan and stir-fry until they change color, then remove.

Pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the wok, add half of the minced garlic into the wok and stir-fry until slightly brown and fragrant.

Add the shrimp and stir-fry for a few times, then add the cooking wine.

Add light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.

Add the remaining minced garlic to half a bowl of warm water and stir evenly into the pot. Add salt and sugar and stir a few times.

Cover and simmer for about a minute, then remove the sauce over high heat.

You can sprinkle a little chopped chives for garnish, the garlic is rich and the flavor is overflowing!
