Ingredients: winter melon, sea anchovy

Remove the head and guts of the sea anchovy, wash it and set aside.

Remove the seeds, peel and wash the winter melon.

Place on chopping board and cut into slices.

Heat the oil in the pan, add the sliced winter melon and stir-fry.

Then, add an appropriate amount of water and boil until the potatoes are tender.

Then, add in the sliced sea anchovies and stir-fry.

Finally, add an appropriate amount of light soy sauce.

Add appropriate amount of salt.

Season, stir-fry and serve.

Remove from pan and plate.
