Chop the ribs into small pieces and soak them in cold water for a few minutes to remove the blood.

Have various ingredients ready.

Put the ribs in first, add water (the amount of water can be a little more) and then add the ginger slices, dried mushrooms, red dates and white fungus. Add two tablespoons of table salt and stir. Turn to high heat and simmer for 10 minutes, then turn to medium heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

When the stew is cooked, add the wolfberry, stir it and it's ready to serve. (Wait until the wolfberries are cooked before adding them, otherwise they will rot if they are simmered for too long)
