【Hand Pancake】My daughter and I’s breakfast
Overview
Yesterday, I published my first recipe on Gourmet World. I posted it at three or four o'clock in the afternoon. I didn't upload it at night because it was the first time I uploaded it on my mobile phone. I missed some required information and uploaded it again with great effort. While waiting for review, it started raining heavily early this morning, and it kept raining. My daughter and I were the only ones left. What to have for breakfast? I thought I’d make hand cakes at home. It’s a bad day, and there’s no need to make dough. The ingredients are simple and take less time. Hand cakes are easy to make.

-
Put the flour in a basin
-
Add boiling water and use chopsticks to shape into cotton wool and form into a small dough
-
Take the same flour and add cold water to make a dough. Now one dough is mixed with boiling water and the other dough is mixed with cold water
-
Then put the two doughs together to form a big dough
-
Chop the green onions and place in a small bowl
-
Add salt, sesame oil, five-spice powder, stir and marinate for a while
-
Apply some peanut oil on the board and knead the dough for a few minutes
-
After kneading, divide the dough into three small portions
-
Take a small dough and roll it into a thin round cake,
-
Sprinkle a layer of pickled green onion on top, spread evenly
-
Slowly roll it up from one side like a fan, roll it into a long strip, then slowly stretch it, then roll it up from one end of the long strip to the other end, and roll it into a round cake
-
Heat the electric pan, add some oil, put the pancake in, and bake until both sides are golden brown
-
Grab the baked cake from the middle with your hands. This is the hand cake
