Have all ingredients ready.

Beat the egg yolks and egg whites separately in a clean, water-free and oil-free basin. Pour half of the sugar into the egg yolks and stir evenly.

Add the flour and milk powder to the egg yolks and stir into a thin paste. Set aside.

Add the remaining sugar to the egg whites in 3 portions, and beat the egg whites until they are creamy and will not fall apart when turned upside down.

Add the egg whites to the egg yolk liquid in two batches and mix well.

Pour the prepared paste into a basin brushed with oil, steam it in a pot with cold water, and then steam it for 35 minutes before it is ready.
