Overview
I learned this cake in 1998, and even now, all my friends don’t like to eat it

Ingredients
Steps
-
For two generations of milk, add the same amount of water as one generation of milk (the water can be omitted)
-
Add 4 eggs. Adding too many eggs will affect fermentation
-
Add an appropriate amount of yeast, I added half a generation
-
Add white sugar. If you like it sweeter, add more sugar. After saccharification, you can taste the sweetness
-
Add just the right amount of oil, a thin layer on the surface is enough, too much oil will affect fermentation
-
Add flour and knead well
-
The dough should be slightly softer (similar to the dough for steamed buns). If it is hard, it will affect the fermentation
-
Shape into small pieces of dough
-
Shape into long strips
-
Start braiding flowers, the first step
-
The second step
-
The third step
-
The fourth step is to complete
-
Apply some oil to the baking pan. In order to prevent it from sticking to the bottom, preheat the oven at low temperature. Put the baking pan into the oven. Control the temperature below 50 degrees for the first ten minutes or so. After the dough rises, adjust it to 100 degrees. After the dough is cooked, adjust it to 150 degrees and brown
-
During baking, you control the time
-
Finished product. Apply a little egg wash and oil on the surface to make it look better
