Stewed reservoir fish
Overview
There are many ways to cook fish, steamed, braised, sweet and sour, braised in sauce, boiled...but I still like stewed fish the most. Not only is it simple to make, but the stewed fish absorbs the rich soup. If you want to eat fish in rich fish soup, if you have the conditions, reservoir fish is fresher, tenderer and more delicious. In the summer, we all go back to the bungalow to escape the heat. Summer is also a good time to eat fish. This big fish in the reservoir was caught by my brother-in-law. It is really big and cannot be cooked in an ordinary pot, so we use a big iron pot instead
