Dry fried small crucian carp
Overview
Relatives from the countryside brought some small crucian carp caught in the river. They were so small that they were not easy to burn and eat. I thought of frying them. They would be crispy and fragrant and could be eaten with the bones. It really served as a calcium supplement, haha!
