The sea dragon king dragon fish bought in the supermarket is packaged one by one. After buying it, it will naturally melt into ice and drain the water. Then marinate with salt, black pepper, and chopped green onion for fifteen minutes.

In a flat-bottomed non-stick pan, add a little oil and fry the fish over medium-low heat. Fry one side for three minutes, then flip and cook for another three minutes.
