Tinfoil and salt-baked chicken wing tips
Overview
Chicken tips are my favorite. Wrap it in tin foil and bake it with salt. The flavor will circulate in the tin foil, making the taste stronger and more mellow than the ordinary salt baking method. I feel very good after wrapping it in tin foil and making it with other dishes: chicken feet, shrimp, etc., it is also very delicious!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Very simple preparation: chicken wing tips, salt-baked chicken powder, ginger, green onions
-
There is no need to blanch the chicken tips after washing them, because the skin will be sealed after blanching, and the flavor will not be as good as the fresh ones. The ratio is half a pound of chicken tips. I used 10 grams of salt-baked chicken powder, and the taste was just right. But maybe the taste of southerners is a bit bland, so everyone should adjust the amount of salt-baked chicken powder according to their own taste. Marinate for more than 20 minutes, stirring constantly
-
With the shiny side of the tin foil facing up, place ginger slices and green onion sections
-
Add the marinated chicken tips, and if you like it a bit spicy, add some chili peppercorns. If you don’t like it, cancel
-
Fold all four sides twice, wrap and seal
-
Preheat the oven at 220 for 5 minutes. Then put the sealed tin foil bag into it,
-
Bake at 220 degrees for 15 minutes and take out. Be careful and use kitchen gloves to remove
-
Cut the tin foil and sprinkle with chopped green onion. The aroma is fragrant
-
My great love! There is not much meat and it tastes very fragrant.
