Rosemary pan-fried lamb chops
Overview
Rosemary and lamb are a perfect match! This pan-fried lamb chop is simply marinated in a pinch of salt and then pan-fried with garlic cloves and rosemary. Very delicious but simple Western food.

Wash the lamb chops and absorb excess water with kitchen paper. Wash the rosemary and remove the garlic cloves and set aside. Marinate the lamb chops with salt and black pepper for 15 minutes on each side.

Pour a little olive oil into the pan, add garlic cloves and rosemary and fry over medium heat until fragrant.

Arrange the lamb chops in sequence and fry over medium heat for 8 minutes. (Adjust or reduce according to the thickness and quantity of the lamb chops)

Flip and cook for 8 minutes. It can be turned over appropriately. (Adjust or reduce according to the thickness and quantity of the lamb chops)

Fry the lamb chops to your liking and serve. Top with a sprig of rosemary and two garlic cloves and serve with salad.
