Overview
In the Chongqing area in eastern Sichuan, every household will make a large pot of fermented glutinous rice to make glutinous rice dumplings before the Chinese New Year. Glutinous glutinous rice balls can be made for breakfast or late night snacks.

Put an appropriate amount of boiling water in the cooking pot. After the water boils, add the glutinous rice wine and cook for 3-5 minutes.

Add appropriate amount of water to the glutinous rice flour and knead until soft and hard. Knead the glutinous rice flour into finger-thick strips.

Cut the strips of glutinous rice noodles into 1 cm long segments, add white sugar or brown sugar and cook for 30 seconds.
